Without proof of God's existence, he is no more likely to exist than any other mythical creature.
It's not really possible to prove or disprove his existence, because any disproof can be responded to with "OMG WEL HES GOD SO DAT DOSNT APLY LOLOL" but it's pretty safe to say that God existing is extremely unlikely.

Although what really exists depends. If i really in my heart believed something was true, even though it was originally a lie, and there was no proof to tell me that it was originally a lie. Whatever i believe becomes my reality. Or something.

If the past actually existed, we would be able to visit it and know just what happened and why it happened. Since we cannot, the past is almost infinitely malleable, depending on what people want us to think about it, no matter if it's what truly happened or not. (It's like the entire premise of Assasin's Creed, or the book 1984)
In this sense, i believe God does exist. He was created by us as humans, not vice versa.

im not going to get into a religious debate with you, but suffice it to say that most logic as you believe doesn't truly exist by virtue of the fact that it isnt logical. the only way something can be logical is for it to be proven mathmatically. other than that, its just theory, which can be as wide a description as a kids idea about something to gravity and light.
