The animation was great, the voices worked fine, but the script was... alright
I mean South Park is known for having horrible animation and voice acting, with tons of charters with the same voice, the only thing people love about it is it's writing...and sadly thats where this falls short.
Even though South Park has very immature humor, this just seemed like it was basic ass jokes I've already heard 1000 times on the internet. Poking fun at celebrities, Dr.Who's a hipster, emo kids are annoying, eh.
